摘要
针对回收沥青路面材料(RAP)存在较大变异性而影响热再生沥青混合料路用性能的问题,运用变异系数CV定量分析了RAP的变异性,采用控制关键筛孔的方法确定了RAP的分级标准,并研究了RAP分级对热再生沥青混合料路用性能变异性的影响。研究结果表明,RAP细料的油石比和集料级配均具有较大的变异性,结合NCHRP报告和RAP筛分工艺确定了RAP粗料、细料分级的关键筛孔分别为12、5 mm;RAP分级后集料级配和油石比的变异性均得到了有效控制,其中4.75 mm关键筛孔处的变异系数下降幅度达80%以上;RAP分级可以提升再生沥青混合料的路用性能,有效降低动稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比的变异性,对最大弯拉应变的变异性影响较小。
In order to solve the problem that RAP has great variability and affects the quality of recycled asphalt mixture.The CV is used to quantitatively analyze the variability of RAP,the classification standard of RAP is determined by controlling key sieve holes,and the pavement performance and variability of RAP classification for hot recycled asphalt mixture are studied.The results show that the oil-stone ratio and aggregate gradation of RAP have great variability.The critical sieve holes for RAP coarse and fine classification are 12 mm and 5 mm,which are determined by NCHRP report and RAP screening process.The variability of aggregate gradation and oil-stone ratio after classification is effectively controlled,of which 4.75 mm is the key sieve hole.It can improve the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture,reduce the variability of road performance.
