摘要
川西气区气井由于井下工具结构复杂,同时地层返砂,易发生工具卡堵变形、井下落鱼、管柱腐蚀等现象,进而导致井筒堵塞,影响气井稳定生产。井下电视技术因其定位精准、成像直观、作业便捷等特点,近年来现场应用效果较好。本文介绍了井下电视原理及应用范围,开展了国内外同类技术发展现状调研,并在X303井开展堵塞诊断先导试验。结果表明:井下电视测井技术是一种性能指标优越的井下视像系统,它所具有的高度便携性、先进的功能和较强的适应能力能够推广应用至各种复杂的井下环境中。工具在气井中应用时应控制开井及下放速度,在进入到气液界面或射孔位置时宜关井静置至画面恢复清晰,输出图像能够直观显示油管内壁污物及腐蚀形态,并且成功在遇阻位置发现滑套存在变形,为技术员分析井下工具变形程度提供了直接证据。
Due to the complicated downhole tool structure and sanding in the formations,the gas wells in the western Sichuan gas field are prone to the phenomena of tool stuck deformation,downhole fishing,pipe string corrosion,etc.,which lead to wellbore plugging and affect the stable production of the gas wells.In recent years,the downhole TV technology has achieved good results in field application due to its characteristics such as accurate positioning,intuitive imaging and convenient operation.This paper introduces the principle and application scope of the downhole TV,researches the development status of similar technologies at home and abroad,and carries out a pilot test of plugging diagnosis in Well X303.The results show that the downhole TV-logging technology is a kind of downhole video system with superior performance indexes,and can be applied to various complicated downhole environments for its high portability,advanced functions and strong adaptability.Well opening and running speed of the tools should be controlled when it is applied in the gas wells,the wells should be closed when the tool is at the position of gas-liquid interface or perforation to stand still for restoring clear picture,and output image can be intuitively show dirt and corrosion at inside wall of tubing,and deformation of sliding sleeve may be found successfully at the blocked position.It provides direct evidence for analyzing deformation degree of downhole tools.
