摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,各行各业的生产规模在不断扩大,对输送系统的稳定性,多样性,完整性要求越来越高,针对如今的大型输送系统,文中以精糖筒仓为例,使用西门子PCS7对输送系统做集散型控制,对该系统的工艺结构、软硬件设计、上位机系统设计做了详细的介绍,实现了对整个系统的分散控制和集中管理。实际使用表明,集散型控制在输送系统中运行稳定,安全可靠,操作维护方便,用户体验好,故障率低,具有宽阔的发展前景。
With the rapid development of domestic economy,the production of all walks of life is expanding,and requirements on stability,diversity and integrity of conveying systems are getting more demanding.For current large-scale conveying systems,taking the refined sugar silo as an example,Siemens PCS7 is used to realize the centralized and decentralized control of the conveying system,and the process structure,software and hardware design,and upper computer system design of the system are introduced in detail,thus realizing the decentralized control and centralized management of the whole system.
