摘要
数字化时代的当下,赋予了传统设计与工程建设领域一次重大机遇。在以建筑信息模型为代表的数字化理念与技术支撑下,设计创作、跨域协同、组织管控等方面都在朝着精细化、集成化、有序化的方向融合与重塑,全方位地呼应和回馈数字化浪潮下市场的需求、客户的诉求、项目的要求。本文以上海张江科学城未来公园(艺术馆)项目为例,探索基于构件要素的全过程设计与管理方法,力求在以品控为导向的设计及其管理中实现融合创新。
In the digital era,the traditional design and engineering construction is given a great opportunity.Based on the digital concept and technical support by the building information model,the creation of design,collaboration,organization,management and control are integrated and reshaped in the direction of refinement,integration and orderliness,and fully respond and feedback the market demand,customer demand and project requirements under the digitization.Taking the future Park(Art Museum)project of Zhangjiang Science City in Shanghai as an example,this paper explores the whole process design and management method based on component elements,and strives to achieve integration and innovation in quality-oriented design and management.
