摘要
在综合气象观测业务中,需明确影响其观测业务质量的因素,并制定出科学有效的管理方案,确保气象观测业务质量,进而为公共气象服务提供数据保障。根据莆田市综合气象观测实际,对其业务质量影响因素进行分析,并给出了几点对策建议,以提升综合气象观测工作质量。
According to the actual situation of comprehensive meteorological observation in Putian City,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of its business quality,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,so as to improve the quality of comprehensive meteorological observation.
