摘要
文章以现代农业、人力资源管理等理念为基础,结合管理学相关理论,分析了影响农业现代化的因素,并根据“高校文化服务本地农业农村发展”现状中出现的问题,进一步从政策支持、向农民普及相关概念、提升大学生思想认识等方面明确了对应的策略,以期加快农业现代化步伐。
Based on the concepts of modern agriculture and human resource management,combined with the relevant theories of management,this paper analyzes the factors influencing agricultural modernization,and further clarifies the corresponding strategies from the aspects of policy support,popularization of relevant concepts to farmers and the promotion of college students'ideological understanding,according to the problems in the current situation of"university culture serving the development of local agricultural countryside",in order to add fast agricultural modernization.
