摘要
目的探究以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)在肿瘤放射科本科护理带教中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析医院2018年2月—2019年2月于肿瘤放射科实习的80例护理实习生,按照统计学随机原则将其分为研究1组(PBL教学法)与研究2组(常规教学),每组各40例,探讨实施不同教学方法对教学质量的影响。结果研究1组在各项考试分数上显著比研究2组高(P<0.05),在教学满意度上研究对象相比,研究1组显著比研究2组高(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤放射科护理实习生采用PBL教学后,可显著改善教学质量,提升教学满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based teaching method(PBL)in undergraduate nursing teaching of tumor radiology.Methods 80 nursing students(Feburary 2018 to Feburary 2019)in radiology department were reviewed and randomly divided into study group 1(PBL teaching method)and study group 2(routine teaching),40 cases in each group.Learning effects were probed.Results The test scores in study group 1 were significantly higher than those in the study group 2(P<0.05),the satisfaction in study group 1 was significantly higher than that in study group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL can improve the quality of teaching and the satisfaction of teaching.
