摘要
基于综采工作面智能化开采的发展现状与要求,系统阐述智能化煤矿的基本构架、智能化开采的技术特征以及智能化放顶煤的关键性技术,包括液压支架跟机自动化技术、采煤机记忆截割技术、工作面视频监控技术、远程集中监控技术、振动法自动放煤以及记忆模式自动放煤等智能化开采技术。针对当前智能化工作面开采技术难题,提出采煤机智能调高、液压支架群组与围岩自适应以及工作面直线推进控制的技术手段,对实现煤矿井下智能化开采,提高井下生产效率,减小人员伤亡具有重大的意义,旨在为智能化综采工作面的推广及应用提供一定的技术参考价值。
Based on the development status and requirements of intelligent mining in fully mechanized working face,this paper systematically expounds the basic framework of intelligent coal mine,the technical characteristics of intelligent mining and the key technologies of intelligent coal caving,including hydraulic support following automation technology,shearer memory cutting technology,working face video monitoring technology,remote centralized monitoring technology,vibration method automatic coal caving and memory automatic coal caving technology.In view of the current technical problems of intelligent working face mining,this paper puts forward the technical means of shearer intelligent height adjustment,hydraulic support group adapting to surrounding rock and working face linear propulsion control,which is of great significance to realize intelligent mining,improve underground production efficiency,reduce casualties and promote intelligent fully mechanized working face.
