摘要
本文从工艺特点上比较了H酸传统生产工艺与双胺法H酸合成工艺的不同,双胺法H酸生产工艺具有流程简捷、可连续生产、环境友好等优点,并在产品质量、物料消耗、能源消耗、三废排放等方面展现出良好的节能减排效果,可作为H酸清洁生产工艺加以推广应用。
The difference on process characteristics of H-acid between traditional technology and diamine-method technology was compared.The advantages of diamine-method technology were shortcut flow path,continuous production and environmentally friendly.It could be showed that the diamine-method technology of H-acid took a good effect of energy conservation and emission reduction on quality of products,material consumption and energy consumption.The diamine-method technology should be widely applied as a cleaner production process for H-acid.
