摘要
说明氯碱装置的自动化控制条件。介绍了先进的系统程序方法——集散控制系统,FCS现场总线控制系统,CIMS现代集成制造系统。作者提出:要认真总结氯碱工艺操控经验,进一步提高工艺操作自动化控制水平,与现代先进的信息工程技术及软件控制系统相融合,努力实现智能化运行管理。
The automatic control conditions of a chlor-alkali plant are explained.Three advanced system programming methods are introduced,including distributed control system,fieldbus control system and contemporary integrated manufacturing system.The author points out that it is necessary to seriously summarize the experience in chlor-alkali process control,further improve the automatic control level of process operation,integrate with modern advanced information engineering technology and software control system,and strive to realize intelligent operation management.
