推土机裂土器的热处理工艺研究

Study on Heat Treatment Technology of Bulldozer Ripper

摘要 对推土机裂土器用ZG35Cr2SiMnMo低合金耐磨钢的热处理工艺和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:材料的淬透性值为J40-80,淬透性良好。淬火温度从940℃升高至1030℃时,硬度随淬火温度升高而增加,冲击韧性随淬火温度升高而降低。在1000℃淬火、220℃回火时,ZG35Cr2SiMnMo钢具有最佳的力学性能,其硬度为53 HRC,冲击韧性为44 J·cm^(-2),相对磨损率为0.62;此时金相组织是板条状马氏体,表面是微观切削的磨损形貌,对比试验说明该材料具有优异的耐磨性。 The heat treatment process and mechanical properties of ZG35Cr2SiMnMo low alloy wear-resistant steel for bulldozer ripper were studied. The results show that the hardenability value of the material is J40-80, and the hardenability is good. When the quenching temperature rises from 940 ℃ to 1030 ℃, the hardness increases with the increase of quenching temperature, and the impact toughness decreases with the increase of quenching temperature. ZG35Cr2SiMnMo steel has the best mechanical properties when quenched at 1000 ℃ and tempered at 220 ℃, the hardness is 53 HRC, the impact toughness is 44 J·cm^(-2), the relative wear rate is 0.62. At this time, the microstructure is lath like martensite, and the surface is the wear morphology with micro cutting. The contrast test shows that it has excellent wear resistance.
