强帮强角应用于沿空留巷支护的相似模型试验研究 被引量:24

摘要 为研究沿空留巷变形破坏机制并验证强帮强角支护技术在沿空留巷中应用的有效性,以中兴矿沿空留巷为原型进行相似模拟和工业试验。依据相似理论确定模型试验的相似比,分别采用常规支护和强帮强角支护建立巷道模型,设计合理的测试系统、加载路径,对比2种方案的巷道破坏形态、围岩应力及位移,研究沿空留巷变形破坏机制;并将相似模拟试验结果应用于工程实践,验证强帮强角支护技术在沿空留巷的有效性。研究结果表明:二次回采超前期间的高应力是引起巷道变形破坏的主要原因,沿空留巷帮部与角部支护强度不足,导致帮部围岩首先发生破坏变形,进而引起帮部承载能力降低,顶板整体下沉;强帮强角支护通过增强帮部与角部支护强度,充分调动深部围岩的承载能力,改善帮部围岩应力状态,在沿空留巷的应用取得良好效果。 In order to study the deformation and failure characteristics of gob side entry retaining tunnel and to verify the effectiveness of the of strong sidewall and corner support techniques in such tunnels,a similar simulation test and industrial test have been carried out with the gob side entry lane of Zhongxing Mine as the prototype.With the model test similarity ratio determined based on similarity theory,the roadway model was established with conventional support and the strong sidewall and corner support respectively to design reasonable test system and loading path.The two schemes were compared in terms of roadway failure shape,surrounding rock stress and displacement to study,the deformation and failure mechanisms of gob side entry retaining.The results of similar simulation test were then applied to engineering practice to verify the effectiveness of strong sidewall and corner support of gob side entry retaining.The results have shown that high stress during second mining is a major cause of the deformation of the roadway.The insufficient support strength of the side and corner along the gob side entry retaining leads to the failure and deformation of the surrounding rock,which decreases supporting capacity of supporting system,and causes roof convergence.The strong sidewall and corner support can fully mobilize bearing capacity of deep surrounding rock,and improve the stress of surrounding rock.This technique gains its good application effect in the gob side entry retaining.
