摘要
采用克隆文库技术对带叶兜兰根内真菌的ITS片段进行PCR扩增及高通量测序分析,共得到有效序列952589条,共产生1028个OTUs,共涉及6个门、21个纲、46个目、96个科、143个属、217个种及大量未分类种类。其中HJD样点根内真菌种类和数目最多,YM和LY样点根内真菌种类和数目次之,且这两个样点之间无显著区分。
The clone library technique and high-throughput sequencing were used to analyze ITS Sequence of the fungal communities in root of Paphiopedilum hirsutissimum.A total of 952589 reads were obtained,and 1028 OTUS were generated,which involved 6 phylums,21 classes,46 orders,96 famulies,217 species and a large number of unclassified species.The species and fungi numbers in the root of HJD sapling point were the most,followed by YM and LY sapling point,and there was no significant difference between the two sapling points.
