摘要
为了及时处理焦化企业生产的污水并转化为工业用水,分析了污水处理系统的工艺要求,提出了使用可编程控制器对现有两套污水处理控制系统进行升级改造,实现了控制动作灵敏可靠,降低了设备故障率,大大缩减了企业的用工成本和维修成本。
In order to treat coking sewage in time and turn it into industrial water,this paper analyzes the process require-ments of sewage treatment system,points out that two existing sewage treatment control systems can be upgraded by using programmable logic controller(PLC),which has realized sensitive and reliable control action,low equipment failure rate and the labor cost and maintenance cost of enterprises are greatly reduced.
