含锶工业废渣制备硝酸锶工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以碳还原法生产碳酸锶产生的含锶废渣为原料,以硝酸与硝酸铵混合溶液为锶浸取剂,考察锶渣粒径、硝酸与硝酸铵物质的量比、浸取时间对锶浸取率的影响,并采用响应面分析法对锶浸取工艺进行优化,联合碱析除杂制备硝酸锶。结果表明:在锶渣平均粒径为0.10 mm、硝酸与硝酸铵物质的量比为4.35、浸取时间为33 min优化工艺条件下,锶的浸取率达到94%以上,通过碱析除杂所得产品的各项指标符合HG/T 4522—2013《工业级硝酸锶》行业标准,可为锶废渣中锶资源的再利用提供参考。 With strontium residue produced by the production of strontium carbonate through carbon reduction method as raw material,the mixed solution of nitric acid and ammonium nitrate as the strontium leaching agent,the effects of particle size of strontium slag,molar ratio of nitric acid to ammonium nitrate and leaching time on leaching rate of strontium were investigated and the response surface analysis was used to optimize strontium leaching process,combining alkaline precipitation for removing impurities in the preparation of strontium nitrate.Results show that when the average particle size of strontium slag is 0.10 mm,the molar ratio of nitric acid to ammonium nitrate is 4.35,and the leaching time is 33min under optimized process conditions,the leaching rate of strontium reaches above 94%.Through alkaline precipitation,indicators of obtained products conform to the industry standard of HG/T 4522—2013 Industrial grade strontium nitrate,which can provide a reference for the reuse of strontium in strontium slag.
