摘要
目的确保防护用品合理使用,保障医务人员安全。方法运用PDCA循环法,对疫情期间医院防护用品管理使用现状进行分析、改进、评价反馈。结果建立了防护用品分级使用和库存预警制度,制定了物资紧缺时替代方案,医务人员零感染。结论运用PDCA循环等质量管理方法,可以不断优化防护用品管理体系,提升医院对突发事件的应急处置能力。
Objective To ensure the proper use of protective equipment and the safety of medical personnel.Methods The PDCA cycle was applied to analyze,improve and evaluate the hospital protective equipment management during the epidemic.Results The graded use of protective equipment and an early warning system for stocks were established,an alternative plan for the shortage of supplies was developed,and the goal of zero infection of medical staff was achieved.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle and other quality management methods can continuously optimize the protective supplies management system and enhance the hospital emergency response capabilities for emergencies.
