摘要
从无纸化病案的法律性保障、病案无纸化集成性以及业务流程重塑与衔接等方面分析病案无纸化归档所面临的关键问题,探索设计病案无纸化归档系统。病案无纸化归档的实施实现了全面病历数据的集成,形成了病案流通全闭环流程管理,开创了病案管理新模式;节约了病案存储空间,降低了病案管理成本,提升了病案利用率。
Analyze the key issues facing the paperless filing of medical records from the aspects of legal protection of paperless medical records,paperless integration of medical records,and business process remodeling and connection,and explore the design of a paperless filing system for medical records.The implementation of the paperless filing of medical records has realized the integration of comprehensive medical record data,formed a closed-loop process management of medical record circulation,and created a new mode of medical record management;saved medical record storage space,reduced medical record management costs,and increased the utilization of medical records.
