摘要
一体化多学科协作诊疗(Multidisciplinary team,MDT)是以疾病为中心的多学科融合的新型医学模式,就胰腺中心而言,融合了外科、内镜、重症医学、肿瘤内科、影像学等多学科,与传统的MDT模式相比,具有有效率高、全流程、全覆盖、医疗质量和医疗安全可持续改进等优点,符合未来医学发展趋势。
The“all-in-one”MDT is disease-centered and integrates multidisciplinary medical model.In terms of pancreas center,which involves surgery,endoscopy,intensive medicine,oncology,imaging etc.Compared with the traditional MDT model,it has the advantages of high efficiency,all process covered,all patients covered,and continuous improvement of medical quality and medical safety which can represent the medical development trend.
