摘要
新冠肺炎疫情防控形势下,笔者以所在医院为例,运用“理论-实践-理论”的研究方法,总结了在医院核心价值观的指引下,医院全体员工坚持党委领航,迅速动员部署;坚持先锋引领,凝聚全员能量;坚持科学救治,全力投入战疫;坚持激励担当,真情关心关爱“四个坚持”的经验。同时,在现有医院核心价值观体系的基础上,探索丰富核心价值观内涵的思路,提出了以病人为中心,以技术为基础,以人才为根本,以文化为推手四个方面的内容。
The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control situation,the author takes the hospital as an example,using the theory,practice,theory,and summarizes the research methods of the hospital core values,insisting on the Party committee’s leading,mobilizing the deployment rapidly,insisting on the pioneering spirit,condensing the energy of the whole staff,persisting in scientific treatment,fully putting into the war epidemic disease,persisting in encouraging the role,caring for the real love and caring.The experience of“four insistences”.At the same time,on the basis of the existing hospital core values system,this paper explores the ideas of enriching the connotation of core values,and puts forward four aspects of contents:taking patients as the center,technology as the basis,talents as the foundation,and culture as the driving force.
