重大公共卫生事件中青少年学生群体的压力及化解经验 被引量:6

摘要 “新冠肺炎”疫情作为一个重大公共卫生事件,也作为一个重要压力源,主要通过疫情传染的直接压力、增加学习压力、制造家庭压力、堵塞减压通道这4种方式给部分青少年学生群体带来了比较严重的压力,这些压力的出现和不断累加导致部分青少年学生群体出现了无聊、恐慌、焦虑、愤怒乃至抑郁等消极情绪。在我国党和政府的积极干预下,通过强化学习保障体系、丰富家校合作体系和完善心理疏导体系等一系列方式有效化解了这些青少年学生群体面临的压力,为我国全面战胜“新冠肺炎”提供了有力的支持。 As a major public health event,Covid-19 epidemic is an important source of stress.It is mainly through the direct pressure of the epidemic,increasing the pressure in study and family,and blocking the relief channel to bring some adolescent students severe pressures.The emergence and accumulation of these pressures have driven some teenage students to urgently want to leave home and return to school,and resulted in negative emotions such as boredom,panic,anxiety,anger and depression.However,under the proactive intervention of the party and the government,methods such as strengthening the learning guarantee system,enriching the home-school cooperation system and improving the psychological counseling system have effectively resolved the pressure faced by these young student,providing solid support for a total winning against Covid-19 epidemic in China.
