摘要
农业生产认同是乡村产业振兴的价值观基础。本文基于江苏省的调查数据,分析了农村劳动力对农业生产的认同及其影响因素。研究发现,农村劳动力对农业生产的总体认同尚可,普遍认同农业生产的重要性和贡献性,但对农业生产体面性认同较低。农村劳动力形成农业生产认同的社会心理路径包括农业传统和现代农业两条:传统农业村庄和对村庄有积极情感的农村劳动力对农业生产的认同要高;来自有农民专业合作社和农业科技推广服务的村庄的农村劳动力对农业生产的认同要高。因此,要加快现代农业产业和服务体系的建设,积极开展参与式活动来加强农村劳动力对农业文化、农业生产的了解、认同和热爱。
The identification of agricultural production is the basis of value for the revitalization of rural industries.Based on the survey data of Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the rural labor force’s identification with agricultural production and its influencing factors.The study finds out that the rural labor force’s overall identification with agricultural production is fairly well,generally agreeing with the importance and contribution of agricultural production,but with low identification with the decency of agricultural production.The social and psychological pathways for rural labor to form agricultural production identification include traditional agriculture and modern agriculture,so labor forces from traditional agricultural villages and those who are with positive emotions towards villages have a higher identification with agricultural production;rural laborers from villages that have specialized farmer cooperatives and agricultural technology extension services have a higher identification with agricultural production.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of modern agricultural industry and service system,and actively carry out participatory activities to strengthen the rural labors’understanding,identification and love of agricultural culture and production.
