摘要
结合目前行业技术现状、资源现状以及电解铝节能减排等方面,重点剖析了未来磷矿石副产氟硅酸制氟化铝的工艺技术研发方向,氢氟酸法制氟化铝的清洁生产,新一代复合电解质含锂无水氟化铝的工艺技术研制的三个未来行业发展重点和热点,旨在从梯级利用、节能减排的角度来阐述我国电解铝用氟化铝的发展趋势,为国内电解铝行业和氟化铝行业的持续、健康、稳步发展提供支撑。
Combine the current industry technology status,resource status and electrolytic aluminum energy conservation and emission reduction,three future industry development focuses and hotspots are mainly analyzed,such as the research and development direction of aluminum fluoride production technology from fluorosilicic acid by-product of phosphate rock in the future,cleaner production of aluminum fluoride by hydrofluoric acid process,new generation lithium-containing anhydrous aluminum fluoride composite electrolyte.Development trend of aluminum fluoride for electrolytic aluminum in China are explained from cascade utilization,energy saving and emission reduction.It provides support for the sustainable,healthy and steady development of electrolytic aluminum industry and aluminum fluoride industry in China.
