摘要
为摸清蜂蜜消费市场情况,在北京市6个超市、1个商场专柜、1个专卖店开展蜂蜜价格信息搜集,并对在售蜂蜜的品种、产地、品牌、价格、其他特征指标等情况进行分析.结果表明,蜂蜜品种、品牌繁多,市场上不乏新进入者;北京市场蜂蜜产品来源于河北的最多,以蜜源植物和地理标志命名的产品越来越多;国产蜂蜜与进口蜂蜜价格相差悬殊,部分蜂蜜销售价格低于成本价;蜂蜜产品标示不清,包装过于单一.
In order to find out the situation of honey consumption market,we collected honey price information in six supermarkets,one supermarket counter and one exclusive store in Beijing,and analyzed the variety,origin,brand,price and other characteristic indexes of honey on sale.The results show that there are many varieties and brands of honey,and there are always new entrants in the market.The most honey products in Beijing market come from Hebei Province,and more and more products are named after honey source plants and geographical indications.The price difference between domestic honey and imported honey is wide,and the sales price of some honey is lower than its cost.The label of honey products is not clear,and the package is too simple.
