摘要
随着钙质胶磷矿资源的不断消耗,入选的胶磷矿中P_(2)O_(5)和MgO含量持续降低,SiO_(2)含量持续升高,使用目前成熟的单一反浮选脱除MgO工艺生产的磷精矿存在P_(2)O_(5)含量降低,SiO_(2)杂质和MER值升高的问题。为了解决此问题,以反浮选脱镁磷精矿为原料对研发的酸性条件下再反浮选脱硅捕收剂开展了药剂用量、pH适应性及浮选低温耐受性试验,结果表明,该脱硅捕收剂具有较好的pH适应性和低温耐受性,对降低磷精矿SiO_(2)含量和MER值以及提高最终磷精矿品质有明显作用。
With the lasting consumption of calcareous phosphate resources,the content of P_(2)O_(5) and MgO in the feed to flotation of phosphate rock is ever decreasing,while SiO_(2) content in the feed is increasing.As a result,the phosphate concentrate obtained from the reverse flotation circuit only for removal of MgO is assaying lower and lower P_(2)O_(5),higher and higher SiO_(2) and MER.The experiment using the phosphate concentrate obtained from the reverse flotation of the phosphate rock for removal of MgO as the feed to the reverse flotation for removal of SiO_(2) was carried out with optimization of operating conditions including dosage of the collector.The results shows that the collector used for removal of SiO_(2) by reverse flotation is of high adaptability to pH in pulp and of high efficiency at low temperature,which facilitates the reduction of SiO_(2) content in the phosphate concentrate and MER value,eventually improve the quality of the final product.
