摘要
创新型国家的建设迫切需要技术-经营复合型新工科人才的支撑。该文针对理工本科人才培养与产业实际需求之间脱节的问题,提出了项目驱动式技术-经营复合型人才培养的新方案。通过宣导达成经营思维共识,以科研项目为载体,全过程指导训练提升学生在专业技术、综合素质和经营思维等方面的能力,增强学生的职业适应能力和专业发展潜力,取得了良好的实践效果。为培养实践能力强、创新能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型新工科人才提供了一种新思路。
The construction of an innovative country urgently needs the support of new engineering talents in technology and business so as to realize the strategic goal of manufacturing power.This paper puts forward a project-driven training program for talents in technology and business.And good practical results have been achieved.A new way of thinking is provided for training high-quality compound engineering talents with strong practical ability,strong innovation ability and international competitiveness.
