摘要
针对选煤厂刮板输送机跳、断链问题,分析了其原因,提出了刮板输送机断链的预防措施,在原有刮板输送机配置跳断链保护的基础上,研发出一套刮板输送机跳断链组合保护,即在原有配置机头右跳链、机头左跳链、机尾右跳链、机尾左跳链保护的基础上,在机头第二个刮板处,增设一组刮板输送机防断链保护,利用机械结构,将机械检测信号传送到箱体外传感器,保护装置分别安装在刮板输送机箱体左右两侧,用于检测刮板输送机的同步性,进而检测链条是否断裂,避免机电事故的进一步扩大。该装置实现了对刮板及链条的精准检测,确保了刮板输送机的稳定运行。
Aiming at the problem of scraper conveyor chain breaking or derailed in coal preparation plant,the reasons are analyzed,and preventive measures for scraper conveyor chain breaking are proposed.On the basis of the original configuration of the machine on both sides of the head and tail,a set of anti-broken chain protection of the scraper conveyor is added at the second plate at the scraper.The mechanical structure is used to transmit the detection signal to the sensor outside the box.The protection devices are installed both on the left and right sides of the scraper conveying box to detect the scraper synchronization data to avoid the further expansion of electromechanical accidents.The device realizes the precise detection of the scraper chain and ensures the stable operation of the scraper conveyor.
