摘要
为研究茶皂素制剂的抑菌效果,将60%茶皂素配制成不同浓度的试剂,对豫南地区分离到的猪源大肠杆菌、链球菌、葡萄球菌、沙门氏杆菌进行抑菌效果的研究。药敏试验结果显示,60%茶皂素对大肠杆菌具有抑菌效果,对葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、链球菌抑菌效果不明显。
In order to study the antibacterial effect of tea saponin preparation,60%tea saponin was prepared into different concentration reagents to study the antibacterial effect of Escherichia coli,Streptococcus,Staphylococcus and Salmonella isolated from South Henan.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that 60%tea saponin had antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,but not on Staphylococcus,Salmonella and Streptococcus.
