摘要
为研究多组分捕收剂XK-103对辉铜矿的捕收性能,对比了XK-103和Z-200在不同矿浆pH值、药剂用量条件下浮选辉铜矿和黄铁矿单矿物的效果,发现XK-103对辉铜矿有良好的捕收性能;通过Zeta电位分析、X射线光电子能谱分析和TOC总碳分析仪研究了XK-103和Z-200在辉铜矿表面的吸附情况,发现XK-103在辉铜矿表面的吸附量更大,主要是XK-103中的S原子与辉铜矿表面的Cu原子发生氧化还原反应,从而达到吸附捕收辉铜矿的效果。
Experiments were performed to compare the floating performance of XK-103,a multi⁃component collector,and Z⁃200 in recovering single mineral of chalcocite and pyrite under different pulp pH and different reagent dosage,for studying the collecting capacity of XK⁃103 for chalcocite.It is found that XK-103 performs better in collecting chalcocite.The adsorption of both collectors on the surface of chalcocite was investigated using Zeta potential analysis,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and TOC analysis.The results show that a large amount of XK-103 is adsorbed on the surface of chalcocite,due to the redox reaction between S atoms in XK⁃103 and Cu atoms in chalcocite,thus promoting its performance in collecting chalcocite.
