淹水胁迫对苜蓿属植物矿质养分吸收及积累的影响 被引量:1

Effects of water-logging stress on the uptake and accumulation of mineral nutrients in Medicago species

摘要 以蒺藜苜蓿、紫花苜蓿、南苜蓿为试验材料,在盆栽条件下研究淹水胁迫对蒺藜苜蓿、紫花苜蓿、南苜蓿植株钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌吸收及其在根系、茎秆、叶片中积累的影响。结果表明:苗期紫花苜蓿耐水淹性显著强于蒺藜苜蓿和南苜蓿。紫花苜蓿对钾、钙、锌等吸收率低而利用率高,南苜蓿对钙、镁、铁、锰、锌吸收率高而利用率低。淹水胁迫下,蒺藜苜蓿、紫花苜蓿和南苜蓿根系、茎秆、叶片中钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌等营养元素的积累存在明显差异。淹水20d时,与对照相比,蒺藜苜蓿、紫花苜蓿和南苜蓿根系钾含量分别增加53.7%、69.9%和113.9%,根系铁含量分别降低53.1%、45.9%和50.6%;与对照相比,根系钾、镁、铁、锰、锌的变化幅度大于茎秆和叶片。蒺藜苜蓿、紫花苜蓿和南苜蓿根系、茎秆、叶片中钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌积累整体呈下降趋势、升高趋势、先降低后恢复或升高的变化趋势。 Taking Medicago truncatula,Medicago sativa and Medicago polymorpha as experimental materials,the effects of flooding on the absorption of K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn as well as the accumulation in roots,stems and leaves of M.truncatula,M.sativaand M.polymorpha were compared in potted condition.The results showed that the waterlogging resistance of M.sativain seedling stage was significantly stronger than that of M.truncatulaand M.polymorpha.It was also found that M.sativaplants had low absorption rates and high utilization rates of K,Ca and Zn,while M.polymorpha had high absorption rates and low utilization rates of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn.The accumulation of K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in roots,stems and leaves of M.truncatula,M.sativaand M.polymorpha were significantly different under the stress of flooding.Compared with the control group,the root K content of M.truncatula,M.sativa and M.polymorpha increased by 53.7%,69.9%and 113.9%,respectively,and Fe content in roots decreased by 53.1%,45.9%and 50.6%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the changes of K,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn ions in the roots were larger than those in the stems and leaves.The accumulation of K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in roots,stems and leaves of M.truncatula,M.sativaand M.polymorphashowed a trend of decrease,increase and recovery or increase.
