摘要
随着国际LNG产业的迅猛发展,对LNG储运低温材料的需求日益增加,超低温高锰钢是一种有着优良低温韧性的低成本材料。在作为储运材料时,其焊接处焊缝金属的力学性能也尤为重要,文章围绕超低温高锰钢的焊接技术,介绍了超低温高锰钢及其焊接技术的应用现状,分析其在焊接过程中会出现的较为典型的问题缺陷,总结了当前为解决焊接问题而研发的新焊接材料,针对当前发展态势作出评价总结,提出对未来发展方向的看法。
With the rapid development of international LNG industry,the demand for cryogenic materials for LNG storage and transportation is increasing.Ultra-low temperature high manganese steel is a low-cost material with excellent low-temperature toughness.The mechanical properties of weld metal are also very important when it is used as storage and transportation materials.In view of temperature of high manganese steel welding technology,this paper introduces the present situation of the application of cryogenic high manganese steel and its welding technology,analyzes the typical problems and defects in the welding process,and summarizes the current new welding material,which is developed to solve the problem of welding.Finally,this paper makes evaluation and summary of the current development situation,and thus puts forward views on the future development direction.
