摘要
为了研究中国的北极策略,利用模糊综合评价法进行北极利益攸关度等级划分。选取了50个国家作为研究对象,对每个国家的北极利益攸关度测度进行研究。首先确定北极利益攸关度测度研究所需的指标体系;再运用语言信息处理的方法确定各项指标的权重;最后用模糊综合评价的方法对每个国家的北极利益攸关度进行综合评价,并进行攸关度等级划分。得到的评价结果为:中国的北极利益攸关度等级为重要。
Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the Arctic stakeholder classification was carried out,and China's Arctic stakeholder classification was obtained.In this article,50 countries are selected as research objects to study the measurement of arctic stakeholders of each country.Firstly,the index system needed to measure the arctic stakeholder degree is determined.Then the weight of each index is determined by using language information processing method.Finally,the arctic stakeholders of each country are evaluated and graded by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The assessment results are as follows:China's arctic stake level is important.
