摘要
从地面施工大口径救援孔是井工矿发生矿难进行应急救援的重要手段。以救援车载钻机执行机构中的核心部件动力头为研究对象,针对车载钻机动力头主机回转扭矩与提升力较大、可靠性要求高的特点,设计了由回转器、旋转头以及拖板三大主要部件组成的动力头,旋转头可相对回转器独立旋转,满足钻机起下钻要求。设计完成后,采用数值模拟软件ABAQUS按照实际工况对钻机关键部件进行了有限元分析,并根据分析结果对部件结构进行了有针对性的优化,优化后的结果满足使用需求。
The construction of large diameter rescue hole from the ground is an important means of emergency rescue in mine accidents.Taking the power head of the core component in the rescue truckmounted drilling rig actuator as the research object,aiming at the characteristics of large rotary torque and lifting force of the main engine of the truck-mounted drilling rig power head and high reliability requirement,the power head was designed,which composed of three main components,namely,the gyrator and rotating head and pallet.The rotating head can rotate independently relative to the gyrator to meet the requirements of drilling rig.After the design is completed,numerical simulation software ABAQUS was used to analyze the key parts of the drilling machine.According to the analysis results,the component structure is optimized pointedly,and the optimized results meet the usage requirements.
