摘要 为进一步提升液压支架的支护效率和可靠性,以两柱掩护型液压支架为例,在对其简要分析的基础上,通过分析得出当前液压支架在不同工况下的最大应力值,为其轻量化优化设计提供依据,并对顶梁、掩护梁、连杆以及底座等部位进行优化设计。经优化设计后,液压支架的总质量减轻0.07×10^(4)kg,且在不同工况下液压支架的最大应力值减小,大大提升了液压支架的可靠性。 In order to further improve the support efficiency and reliability of hydraulic support,taking the two-column cover hydraulic support as an example,on the basis of brief analysis,the maximum stress value of the current hydraulic support under different working conditions is obtained by simulation analysis,which provides the basis for its lightweight optimization design.The top beam,cover beam,connecting rod and base are optimized.The total quality of hydraulic support is reduced by 0.07×10^(4)kg,and the maximum stress value of hydraulic support is reduced under different working conditions,which greatly improves the reliability of hydraulic support.
