摘要
以农耕文明为基础的乡土社会是一个内循环社会,整个循环过程的核心是以乡土文化为精神纽带,人们通过习俗性的生产与生活方式,使得乡村社会周而复始地运行而得以传承下去。乡村振兴是对过去乡村发展布局和乡村发展思路的反思与超越,是一个切合当下农村实际情况、具有划时代意义的法律用语。乡村传统文化内涵丰富,历史源远流长,历史嬗变和传承复振深刻,弘扬乡村传统文化就是铸造乡村的灵魂。中国社会是以农耕文明为基础的礼仪之邦,“规则文化”是乡村社会振兴的基本依据,必须以优秀的传统文化夯实乡村文明建设基础。文化振兴是乡村振兴的内生动力,需要进一步挖掘伦理文化在乡村振兴中的规范作用,激活乡贤文化在乡村振兴中的功能作用,加强乡村传统文化中的法治文化建设,依法保护维系乡村传统文化根脉的传统村落,重构适宜乡村传统文化发展的社会场域。
The rural society based on agricultural civilization is an internal circulation society.The core of the whole circulation process is the spiritual bond of rural culture.Through the traditional production and life style,people make the rural society run round and round and inherit it.Rural revitalization is a reflection and transcendence on the layout and thinking of rural development in the past.It is a legal term with epoch-making significance that is in line with the actual situation of rural areas at present.The connotation of rural traditional culture is rich and has a long history,and its historical evolution and inheritance are profound.To carry forward rural traditional culture is to cast the soul of the countryside.Chinese society is a country of rites and ceremonies based on agricultural civilization,and the"culture of rules"is the basic basis for the revitalization of rural society.Therefore,it is necessary to consolidate the foundation of rural civilization construction with excellent traditional culture.Cultural revitalization is the country revitalization of endogenous power,need further digging the specification function of ethical culture in the country revitalization,activate follow villager culture in rural area,and the revitalization of the function of the cultural construction of rule of law,strengthen the rural traditional culture protection in accordance with the law to maintain country traditional culture the roots of the traditional villages,refactoring is suitable for rural social field of the development of traditional culture.
