摘要
目的分析延伸护理与护理实践联合应用于乳腺癌患者术后护理中的效果。方法随机将120例乳腺癌患者分为常规组(实施常规护理)和研究组(在常规护理的基础上将延伸护理与护理实践相结合),各60例。结果护理干预后研究组的生理维度、医患关系、性功能、婚姻关系、社会和心理各方面的评分以及生活质量总分均显著低于常规组,护理满意度显著高于常规组,均P<0.05。结论将护理实践和延伸性护理模式联合应用于乳腺癌患者的护理中对于乳腺癌患者生活质量的提升具有非常重要的促进作用,可行性较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of extended nursing combined with nursing practice in postoperative nursing of breast cancer patients.Methods 120 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into routine group(routine nursing)and study group(combination of extended nursing and nursing practice on the basis of routine nursing),60 cases each.Results After nursing intervention,the physiological dimension,doctor-patient relationship,sexual function,marital relationship,social and psychological scores and total quality of life of the study group were significantly lower than that of the conventional group,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,all P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of nursing practice and extended nursing model in nursing of breast cancer patients has a very important role in promoting the quality of life of breast cancer patients,and the feasibility is high.
