摘要
目的通过对输液港输液不畅各种原因进行分析,从而拟定相应护理对策给予干预。方法采用回顾性研究方法,将2017年-2020年5月我院采用的100例静脉输液港输液的肿瘤患者设为研究对象;对其静脉输液港输液不畅的发生原因作分析,并提出针对性护理对策干预措施。结果通过回顾性分析我院2017年1月-2019年12月实施静脉输液港输液的肿瘤患者中出现的输液不畅的情况,深入分析其输液不畅的原因,并从穿刺技术、输液港植入方法、输液港维护方法、患者因素、护理人员因素、设备原因以及液体因素等方面制定相应的护理干预措施。结论静脉输液港输液有利于患者的给药维持,有效避免反复穿刺而带来的伤害,临床护理人员应加强提升自我,完善输液港静脉输液维护流程,提高输液港普及率及使用率。
Objective to analyze the causes of poor transfusion in the port of infusion,so as to formulate corresponding nursing countermeasures and give intervention.Methods a retrospective study was used to study 100 cancer patients who received intravenous infusion in our hospital from 2017 to may 2020;Objective to analyze the causes of poor infusion in the port of intravenous infusion,and put forward targeted nursing intervention measures.Result Through the retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 in the implementation of intravenous infusion port infusion of tumor patients in the situation of poor infusion,in-depth analysis of the causes of poor infusion,and from the puncture technology,infusion port implantation method,infusion port maintenance methods,patient factors,nursing staff factors,equipment reasons and liquid factors,and other aspects of the corresponding nursing intervention measures.Conclusion intravenous infusion port is conducive to the maintenance of patients'medication,and effectively avoid the injury caused by repeated puncture.Clinical nursing staff should strengthen self-improvement,improve the maintenance process of intravenous infusion port,and improve the popularization rate and utilization rate of infusion port.
