基于数值模拟的《普通化学》实验课程教学研究

摘要 为了满足新冠肺炎疫情下学生对实验课程的需求,提高实验效率。提出利用Solidworks软件对沉淀池进行二维建模,将建好的模型导入计算流体力学软件Fluent进行数值模拟实验,同时构建虚拟仿真实验系统。研究结果表明:基于Fluent软件的数值模拟模型可高效精准的完成沉淀池沉淀性能实验的模拟,虚拟仿真实验系统突破了时间和空间的限制,极大的满足了新冠疫情肺炎下学生对实验教课程学习的需求,对其他实验课程的教学有着重要的借鉴意义。 In order to meet the needs of students in the experimental course of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic,at the same time improve the efficiency of the experiment,Solidworks software was used to carry out two-dimensional modeling of sedimentation tanks,import the built model into the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent,and conduct virtual simulation experiments on the operation conditions of sedimentation tanks under different working conditions,and the practicability of the scheme was studied.The research results showed that the numerical simulation model based on Fluent software can efficiently and accurately complete the simulation of the sedimentation performance experiment of the sedimentation tank.The virtual simulation experiment system had broken through the time and space limitations,which greatly met the experimental teaching courses for students under the new crown epidemic pneumonia.The demand for learning had important reference significance for the teaching of other experimental courses.
