摘要
心力衰竭是心血管疾病终末期的一组综合征,为致死的重要原因。中医治疗独具特色。冯晓敬教授认为慢性心衰为本虚标实之证,心气虚为本,痰、瘀等实邪为标,且随生活压力的增加,临床常兼见虚火及焦虑抑郁等症。应用养心通脉法对证治疗取得较好临床效果。此法常以黄芪、党参之类益气补虚,助人体正气;以红花、桃仁之类活血通脉,行全身血脉。
Heart failure is a group of syndromes in the terminal stage of cardiovascular disease,which is an important cause of death.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is typical of its unique characteristics.Professor Feng Xiaojing believes that chronic heart failure is a syndrome of root deficiency and manifestation excess,with heart and qi deficiency as root,excess of phlegm,blood stasis and other pathogens as manifestations.Additionally,with the increase of life pressure,clinical symptoms such as deficient fire,anxiety and depression are also quite common.The application of Yangxin Tongmai method for treating chronic heart failure has achieved somewhat good clinical effect.In this method,milkvetch root and tangshen are often used for replenishing qi and tonifying deficiency,invigorating body’s vital qi.Safflower,peach seeds and the like are used for promoting blood circulation and dredging vessels,activating blood circulation throughout the whole body.
