摘要
提出了一种用于中远程医疗服务的分布式安全模型,该模型包括用于医疗大数据管理和处理的安全网络。在模型中,安全网络与物联网相结合,可在无任何资源限制的情况下正常运行,适应面向安全的网络特性。使用双重加密的高级加密标准和用于提供用户匿名性的环签名技术进行建模。将基于认证、机密性、隐私性、完整性等安全因素对获得的结果进行检验。研究结果表明,模型效率达94%。模型可对传输敏感和机密的健康数据进行处理并通过网络进行安全传输,为中远程医疗保健数据交换安全提供了借鉴。
A distributed security model for medium and remote medical services is proposed,which includes a security network for medical big data management and processing.In the model,the combination of security network and IoTs can run normally without any resource constraints,adapt to the security oriented network characteristics.The advanced encryption standard of double encryption and ring signature technology is used to provide user anonymity.The obtained results will be verified based on security factors such as authentication,confidentiality,privacy and integrity.The results show that the efficiency of the model reaches 94%.The model can process the sensitive and confidential health data and transmit it through the network,which provides a reference for the security of data exchange in medium and remote medical services.
