摘要
目的:观察血栓通联合吡拉西坦对缺血性脑卒中患者中医证候评分、神经功能及血清NPY、Hcy水平的影响。方法:以112例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组56例、观察组56例。对照组对症治疗基础上予吡拉西坦注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用血栓通注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后中医证候积分、神经功能、血清神经功能相关因子的变化,统计不良反应发生率。结果:治疗2周后观察组总有效率高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗2周观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,蒙特利尔认知评估量表、Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组血清神经功能相关因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:血栓通联合吡拉西坦可提高缺血性脑卒中患者治疗效果,改善中医症状,提高神经功能、认知功能、日常生活能力,降低神经功能相关因子水平。
Objective:Effect of Xueshuantong and piracetam on TCM syndrome score,nerve function and serum NPY、Hcy level in ischemic stroke patients.Methods:112 patients with ischemic stroke as the research object were randomly divided into 56 cases in the control group and 56 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with piracetam injection on the basis of symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xueshuantong injection on the basis of the control group.Results:The observation group had higher rate of total effective than the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05),after 2 weeks of treatment.After 2 weeks of treatment,the national institutes of health stroke scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the Montreal cognitive assessment score and barthel index score were higher than those of the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of serum neurological function related factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically signifiant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of Xueshuantong and piracetam can improve the therapeutic effect on patients with ischemic stroke and improve the TCM symptoms,neurological function,cognitive function,and activities of daily living while reducing levels of neurological function related factors.
