摘要
企业的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,人力资源竞争力是企业核心竞争力。中小型民营企业存在规模小、底子薄、技术创新能力不足等各种问题,想要取得可持续性发展,除了要树立传统的技术、产品核心意识,更要树立人力资源核心意识和正确的人才观念,不断优化培训途径,完善培训体系,形成企业的人力资源核心竞争力,才能确保中小企业在竞争日益激烈的市场中赢得发展机会。
In the final analysis,the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents,and the competitiveness of human resources is the core competitiveness of enterprises.Small and medium-sized private enterprises have various problems,such as small scale,weak foundation,lack of technological innovation ability and so on.In order to achieve sustainable development,we should not only establish the core awareness of traditional technology and products,but also establish the core awareness of human resources and the correct concept of talents,constantly optimize the training channels,improve the training system,and form the core competitiveness of human resources of enterprises Small and medium-sized enterprises win development opportunities in the increasingly competitive market.
