摘要
[目的]总结中国古代文献中香佩类辟疫方防治疫病的用药规律,为防控新型冠状病毒肺炎等传染病提供参考依据。[方法]检索《中华医典》《中国基本古籍库》和《瀚堂典藏》古籍数据库,整理古代文献中佩戴香囊防治疫病的选方用药,采用文献学方法与因子分析、聚类分析相结合,运用中医理论知识对古代香佩防治传染病的方药进行研究。[结果]共有相关著作56部,方剂47首,药物193种。历代转载10余次的方剂有务成子萤火丸、老君神明白散方和太乙流金散,所有药物中以辛、温药居多,使用频次最高的药物为雄黄、朱砂、鬼箭羽。并得到9个公因子和4个聚类方。[结论]古代香佩防治传染病历史悠久,有诸多传世之方,药物以辛、温药居多,用药以清热、祛湿、攻毒及安神解毒药为主,对新型冠状病毒肺炎预防有重要的参考价值。
[Objective]To summarize the medication rule of Xiangpei Biyi Prescription in ancient Chinese literature,and provide reference basis for prevention and control of epidemic disease such as COVID-19.[Methods]Searching the ancient books databases of Chinese Medical Code,Chinese Basic Ancient Books Database and Hantang Collection,sorting out the prescriptions and medicines for preventing and treating epidemic diseases by wearing sachets in ancient documents,and using the combination of documentary method,factor analysis and cluster analysis,the Chinese medicine theory was used to study the prescriptions and medicines for preventing and treating epidemic diseases in ancient epidemics.[Results]There were 56 related works,47 prescriptions and 193 drugs.Prescriptions reprinted more than 10 times in the past dynasties include Wuchengzi Yinghuo Pill,Laojun Shenming Powder and Taiyi Liujin Powder.Among all the medicines,pungent and warm medicines are the most frequently used,and realgar,cinnabar and euonymus alatus are the most frequently used.Nine common factors and four clustering methods were obtained.[Conclusion]The ancient sachets has a long history of preventing and treating epidemic diseases,and there are many handed down prescriptions.The drugs are mostly pungent and warm,and the drugs are mainly heat-clearing,dampness-eliminating,poison-attacking,tranquilizing and antidote,which has important reference value for the prevention of COVID-19.
