摘要
肠道菌群在家禽生长发育和健康中发挥着重要的作用。肠道菌群可以参与宿主的物质代谢,具有为宿主提供营养,调节免疫功能,抑制病原菌感染等功能。文章主要从家禽肠道微生物概念与组成、功能及与宿主营养代谢关系等方面进行综述,以期为进一步阐明肠道菌群对家禽健康的影响提供理论基础。
The gut microbiota plays an important role in the growth and health of poultry. The gut microbiota can participate in the host′s material metabolism,provide nutrition for the host,regulate immune function,and inhibit pathogenic bacteria infection. This article mainly reviewed the concept and composition of poultry gut microbiota,their functions,and their relationship with host nutritional metabolism,in order to provide a theoretical basis for further elucidating the impact of gut microbiota on poultry health.
