Various methods and processes of preparing C/C composites are commented,inluding:forming of preforms,densification,liquid dipping,chemcial vapour deposition,etc.Especially,a new theory of carbon deposition is introduced which has been validated by experiment in detail and put forward by a research group of karlsruhe university German.Finally,the tendency of C/C composites in civil application is forecast.
