基于双混沌映射的人脸识别信息储存安全研究

摘要 针对传统人脸识别信息存储方法存在图像清晰度低、存储安全性差等问题,提出了一种基于双混沌映射的人脸识别信息存储安全方法。基于混沌理论设计了人脸信息安全存储的基本流程,引入双混沌映射的处理方式,确保人脸图像信息的加密和解密过程相对独立,且互不干扰;建立伪随机序列的概率分布函数,并计算中心化样本的协方差矩阵,调整双混沌映射函数系统的参数,使其趋近于上限值;构建人脸图像像素的动态采样因子,按照新的人脸图像灰度序列值对图像进行加密和置乱,在保证安全性的前提下最大限度地保留原始图像的特征信息。实验结果表明,提出方法的人脸图像解密效果在清晰度和图像细节上与原始图像理论值趋近,图像像素点的直方图分布更为均衡。 In view of the problems of the traditional face recognition information storage method,such as low image clarity and poor storage security,a face recognition information storage security method based on bichaos mapping is proposed.Based on the chaos theory,the basic process of face information safe storage is designed,and the processing method of double chaos mapping is introduced to ensure that the encryption and decryption of face image information are relatively independent and do not interfere with each other.The probability distribution function of pseudo-random sequence is established,and the covariance matrix of the centrized sample is calculated,and the parameters of the double chaos mapping function system are adjusted to make it close to each other.The dynamic sampling factor of face image pixels is constructed,which encrypts and scrambles the image according to the new face image gray level sequence value,and preserves the original image feature information to the maximum extent under the premise of ensuring security.The experimental results show that the decryption effect of the proposed method is close to the theoretical value of the original image in terms of clarity and image details,and the histogram distribution of image pixels is more balanced.
