摘要
目的:研究精神分裂康复期患者实行奖励机制护理干预的效果。方法:2019年5月-2020年3月收治精神分裂康复期患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。观察组采取奖励机制护理干预;对照组采取常规护理。比较两组患者康复效果及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者康复效果及满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奖励机制护理干预能提高精神分裂康复期患者的康复效果,缓解身心不适,拉近护患间距离,改善预后。
Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention of reward mechanism in the application of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation.Methods:From May 2019 to March 2020,100 cases of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation period were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The observation group adopted nursing intervention of reward mechanism.The control group received conventional nursing intervention.The rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction of patients between two groups were compared.Results:The rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention of reward mechanism can improve the rehabilitation effect of schizophrenic patients during rehabilitation period and relieve physical and mental discomfort,it also can close the distance between nurses and patients and improve the prognosis.
