摘要
研究TH法用镁铬砖中不氧化铬含珠镁铬砖的高温挥发失重对镁铬砖抗渣侵性能的影响 .研究结果表明 ,氧化铬含量较低的镁铬砖高温挥发对使用性能的影响并不严重 ;提高镁铬砖中的氧化铬的含量 ,有利于在熔渣侵蚀时增加熔渣的粘度 ,抑制熔渣向砖内的侵蚀 .当Cr2 O3 >2 0 %时镁铬砖的组织劣化严重 。
The amount of Cr_2O_3 in a magnesite-chrome brick affects on slage corrosion resistance when the brick is heated and volatilized.The result indicates that the brick with a small amount of Cr_2O_3 has no much effect on its use under high temperature;increasign the amount of Cr_2O_3 in the brick can enhance the viscosity of melted slag,which can restrain the slag erosion into the brick;when Cr_2O_3>20% the structure of magnesite-chrome bricks worsens and slag-resistance lowers.
