摘要
目的:探讨化痰祛瘀散结汤对恶性淋巴瘤患者凝血指标及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法:选取恶性淋巴瘤患者76例,随机分成两组,每组各38例。对照组采用CHOP化疗方案进行治疗,观察组在化疗基础上加用化痰祛瘀散结汤进行治疗,于化疗间歇期服用,化疗结束后再连续服用4周。观察两组凝血指标、T淋巴细胞亚群水平及不良反应。结果:治疗22周后,观察组活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、成熟T淋巴细胞(CD3^(+))、诱导性T细胞(CD4^(+))及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组;观察组纤维蛋白原(FIB)、抑制性T细胞(CD8^(+))水平低于对照组;两组恶心呕吐、白细胞下降、肾功能异常发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:化痰祛瘀散结汤可有效改善恶性淋巴瘤患者凝血指标及T淋巴细胞亚群水平,且不会增加不良反应的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Huatanquyu Sanjie decoction on coagulation indexes and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with malignant lymphoma. Methods: 76 patients with malignant lymphoma were randomized into two groups, each with 38 cases. The control group were treated with CHOP chemotherapy, while the observation group were treated with Huatanquyu Sanjie decoction on the basis of chemotherapy. Huatanquyu Sanjie decoction was taken by patients in the observation group during the interval of chemotherapy and then continued for 4 weeks after the chemotherapy. The coagulation indexes, T lymphocyte subsets and side effects were compared between both groups. Results: After 22 weeks’ treatment, the levels of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), prothrombin time(PT), mature T lymphocytes(CD3^(+)), induced T cells(CD4^(+))and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The levels of fibrinogen(FIB), inhibitory T cells(CD8^(+))in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the incidence of nausea and vomiting, leukopenia and renal dysfunction the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: The decoction can effectively improve the coagulation indexes and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with malignant lymphoma, and does not increase the occurrence of side effects.
