摘要
为了客观准确地评价巴林左旗天然打草场牧草的营养品质。本研究以巴林左旗天然打草场10种主要牧草为研究对象,基于对6种主要的营养成分粗蛋白、干物质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、酸洗洗涤纤维进行主成分分析并对其品质进行评价。结果表明,经主成分分析,提出2个主成分,累计方差贡献率达到80.419%,该地区10种主要牧草的营养价值优劣排序为:羊草>达乌里胡枝子>中华隐子草>大针茅>冷蒿>糙隐子草>叉分蓼>蒙古韭>扁穗冰草>牻牛儿苗;说明该地区禾本科牧草羊草和豆科牧草达乌里胡枝子的营养价值较高,为该地区的优势种;主成分分析法可以较为全面客观地评价该地区主要牧草营养品质的优劣。
To objectively and accurately evaluate the nutritional quality of grasses and pastures in the natural grassland of Balin Zuoqi.In this study,ten main forage grasses in the natural grassland of Balin Zuoqi were used as the research objects.Based on the analysis of the main components of the six main nutritional ingredients crude protein,dry matter,crude fat,crude ash,neutral washing fiber,and pickling washing fiber,and their quality is evaluated.The results showed that after the principal component analysis,two principal components were proposed,and the cumulative variance contribution rate reached 80.419%.The nutritional value of the main forages in the region was ranked as follows:Leymus chinensis>Lespedeza davurica>Cleistogenes chinensis>Stipa grandis>Artemisia frigid>Cleistogenes squarrosa>Polygonum divaricatum L.>Allium mongolicum>Agropyron cristatum>Erodium stephanianum,indicating that the region has a higher nutritional value for grass Leymus chinensis and legume forage.Principal component analysis can comprehensively and objectively evaluate the pros and cons of the nutritional quality of the main forages in the area.
