摘要
氢气输送是氢能产业链的重要环节,管道是实现氢气大规模、长距离输运的重要经济方式。从氢能基础设施规划、材料与设备、运行安全保障和标准体系建设4个方面,对国内外氢气长距离管输技术进行调研分析与总结,并针对我国氢能产业发展实际,梳理出供氢网络布局、管道材料、管输工艺与安全、标准体系等方面的技术方向。结合我国氢气长距离管输与国外的技术差距,建议有序推进氢气长输管道建设,并注重关键技术与装备研发,同时尽快完善管输标准体系,有效助推我国氢能领域产业化、规模化发展。
Transportation of hydrogen is an essential part of hydrogen energy industry chain,and pipeline transportation is an important and economic way to realize large-scale and long-distance transportation of hydrogen.The authors analyzes and summarizes the long-distance pipeline hydrogen transportation technology at home and abroad from in terms of hydrogen energy infrastructure planning,materials and equipment,operation safety support and construction of standard system,and tease out the technical directions in terms of deployment of hydrogen supply network,pipeline materials,pipeline transportation process and safety and standard system according to the actual development situation of hydrogen energy industry in China.Considering the technical gap between China and foreign countries in long-distance pipeline hydrogen transportation technology,it is suggested to promote the construction of long-distance pipeline hydrogen transportation in an orderly manner with focus on research and development of key technologies and equipment,and establish and improve the standard system for pipeline transportation as soon as possible,so as to effectively promote the industrialization and large-scale development of hydrogen energy field.
